You will receive an email from Kimberbell saying that their new design, purchased from Pam's will be available to download. After receiving this notification, you will download the design by:
1. Opening the email from Kimberbell, clicking Download Now, then logging into their Kimberbell.com account.
2. Clicking My Account and then on Download.
3. Selecting the design and downloading it to a USB. From their Kimberbell.com account.
